The art of milk filling by Serac Weight filling is the only filling technique which controls the product quantity inside the filled container and not before, as is the case for all other filling technologies. This system offers the certitude that each container is filled with the nominal quantity. This technology requires weighing of the empty container (tarring) and gravity filling of liquids. In the case of viscous products, a pressurization system is used.
